I was looking on Craigslist today at another Excursion..... and you can really tell it's Spring and no one needs a 4x4 any more. There are tons of cheap Excursions within 100 miles of me. And while I might be posting this for WOW and SHOCK value... someone here really might want a 2nd... or 3rd EX and these would be GREAT values

That second one you listed is 2WD. It's been for sale since NOVEMBER, I believe. There has to be a reason for that. Considering that the 7.3s sell like hot cakes in this area. Usually within 24 hours to three days, they are sold.

 

2wd trucks and SUVs don't fetch a good price considering the winter weather.

When I had my 7.3 Excursion up for sale, even with almost 400K on the clock people were interested in buying it. The instantly changed their mind when they found out it was 2wd.

 

Wish I could get this 03 I have sold. I've only had one bite. Of course, I'm asking too much. LOL

In be cautious of the first one. Ad seems odd. Probably use a secondary email address if choosing to contact.

Also the 4WD models do move faster up north, for winter driving. However, in my many winters, I've only needed it twice. There's a 7.3 4WD with 145K miles near detroit for $8,900. Needs a bit of work, but could have some potential.

 

Those trucks are the reason my 02 with 80k miles will bring in decent money! sure they`re cheap, but they need quite a bit of work, at between 150 and 250k miles!
