Lets see if we can get one of the mods to move this to >> 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
You will get more help there.

The P1000 you can ignore. It's just the OBD2 has not finished readiness testing.
The P0603 does not show in the book I am using but a little looking came up
with a KAM (Keep Alive Memory) ERRORE.

The fact that you can't get the starter to do anything tells me you have a power
problem. You side you tried the yellow/blue trace wire and nothing.

Do you know how to do a voltage drop test? I'll post a how to from youtube.
That is where I would start to look. The thing that can cause this type of problem
is a bad cable or ground point. The cable can "Look" good and be corroded under
the insulation and case a high resistance condition and give you problems.

Watch the video and post back what you find of it you are able to fix it.

Sean

EDIT : Thanks John!

If you unhook and bypass the starter wire on the passenger fender and the starter still does nothing the main starter cable on the passenger + terminal is corroded or broken in some way.

Double check your grounds as well.

Like I said do a voltage drop test and that will point out what cable.
It will also save you money by not throwing parts at it.
