Unhappy Blue Spring Update

This is a CARQUEST brand upper fuel filter with less that 2k on it. Good news is that Advance Auto has Motercraft filters and with the $25 off for buying the SGII it only cost @30.99. Going to get them now.

Usually happens when the fuel filter isn't seated right and the housing cap twists the filter either going on, or coming off. Could have been twisted since the day it was put in. Colour is normal for a 2k filter, just put motorcraft back in and be sure to push the filter in and can feel that it goes up and down on the spring with ease

Probably could have titled it better, Just showing what a non oem filter can do after short mileage. I didn't know about the filter situation till I joined this site. I am currently doing the blue spring and noticed this.
