Hey guys I need a tip or any ideas on where to adapt my fuel pressure sensor on my idi. As for my other two gauges they are egt and boost. Egt probe I hear should go in the driver side manifold by cylinder 8? And as far as boost goes I seen a guy online put his boost fitting by the snail looking thing?

And BTW my truck is a 94 7.3L with the factory turbo.

 

The EGT probe should go directly in front of the #4 cylinder (Second one from the front, drivers side) as the front two drivers side cylinders have the least airflow and highest EGT's.

 

Nice to know. And as far as boost and fuel pressure? Would you happen to know the ideal place to get them readings from?

 

On the factory turbo, there should be a small plug in the snail. Take the plug out and tap for boost there.

Do you have a stock mechanical lift pump?
