F600 with 370 Lima 2bbl, HELP

I am fixing my 1985 F600 truck but can't seem to find valve springs, and valve spring retainers. I found the melling intake valve springs (VS-835), but not the exhaust ones and bought the sealed power VS-803, a bit smaller than the recommended melling VS-836 (which are not available)... Valve spring retainers?? no one knows which ones to use. I bought both comp cams
744-16, and 743-16 retainers to see how it fits...Does anyone here knows anything about the 370?
Phil

NAPA shows them, says 370/429 are the same for many model years:

Have you tried to find a Ford parts catalog?

OK, found the parts. Now that am done, the motor backfires as soon as i touch the throttle. Does ok at high idle, but can't really drive it. High rpm is ok. Could this be a burnt valve? i did find a broken exhaust valve spring...i May get a replacement motor from rockauto.
