There is a catalytic converter and a mid-pipe between that y-pipe and your muffler. There is no direct fit muffler to that flange.

In the rare event you have a non - catalyst model there would be some type of adapter off that flange to the muffler.

There should be an intermediate pipe or a cat. The muffler does not connect directly to the Y-pipe. If you've got some fab skills, cut the flange off and run some pipes to a dual inlet muffler.

Thanks everyone! I'm assuming it's non cat since non catalyst engine.
I think il go with cutting it and welding a 2 inlet muffler on, I have some welding knowledge, it's worth a try.
Also one random off topic question... My pictures won't upload, only the one that I have posted on my profile.

Non cat in 87?

Anyway. I use these when I put a high flow on a truck with that flange. I cut the "Y" where it splits then weld it to a flat plate(with a cut out in the center) that matches the factory flat plate
