How many miles on your OBS?

214,800 on my 96' F150, E4OD 5.8L 4x4. Not the original engine but trans & t-case are original. The body is starting to really go but the chassis is solid and she runs great. I'd like to hold onto her for a while, my grandpa tells me I have to hit 300k, seems possible!

I know how you feel, my 97 has the same problem. But it only costs me 1/2 quart of oil every 2 months, so I can live with it.

My 88 F150 4x4 302 has 56K original miles but sitting so long made it like it had a lot more so it lost its engine. Luckily should have one in asap with around 98K miles.
My brother's 91 F250 4x4 has 242K miles and appears to probably have kept running great if somebody didn't try to make it carbed then left it sit for about a year or two. (I have the grille on now just haven't taken a pic)
My dad's 89 F250 4x4 351W has 172K but runs almost as good as when stock and has all stock parts on it minus fuel pumps and spark plugs.
Our 89 F350 2wd 460 runs still and great at that but the rest of the truck has taken a toll with the 300K+ miles on it all harsh miles too.

1987 F150 with 172,000 and PO maintained this truck to a "T", no engine codes, oil is clean as a whistle. Coolant is bright green. Runs great, a pleasure to drive. Pennsylvania truck with some rust cancer, but a keeper.
1987 F150 with 138,000 or 238,000, the jury is out. Truck sat for a few years before I bought it. I put double in it what I paid for it and its a good truck. Now oil and coolant are clean. Runs great, a pleasure to drive. Local Piedmont Carolina truck, virtually no rust cancer.
1991 F150 with just under 72,000 miles. Has all the right equipment. Truck was used sparingly for over 10 years after PO died. Has a few issues with electrical the most significant is the air charge temperature (the #1 sensor!) doesn't work. Runs good but in open loop with idle speed of 1200 rpm. Great 4wd and all the pieces are there.
