You got that right! He he .
Well let's derail further lol
I saw a cab at the truck stop that used a Bluetooth connection for the mic.
Pretty fly for a white guy:-) or should Ijust do an ol reliable cobra classic?
Not sure what I will do on an antenna with my truck cap...and my truck barely fits in the garage so it will be a challenge to do...

Well fellas. We'll see what tonight brings. I'm milking right now but I have been plugging away on the truck all day. Hopefully I can get it started tonight. All I have left( to run it. Not drive it. A ways from that) is the top rad hose and fill with coolant. The 4 motor mount nuts on the cross member. And the batteries. By the way, what lower rad hose do you guys use for the ih water pump. I got a 91-93 dodge cummins lower hose and it was to short. I went back and got a 7.3 idi lower hose from a van and it works perfectly.

If only that were an option.the weather seal around my garage door brushes the topper roof...I may have to mount it lengthwise to the underside of the topper.think that would work?

Not yet bill. I think my starter may need replacement. It's not really spinning over that fast. Batteries are charged right up

Ok I got it to fire by adding to the hpop. It ran for maybe 3 seconds and died. I did it again and same thing. Also lots of cranking in between. By the way all of a sudden the starter began to act brand new. Idk why. So far I haven't noticed the oil pressure gauge on the dash move so I got underneath. When I put the oil filter on it was 3/4's full. Now it's 3/4's full. So now the big question. Is there a way for the oil to go back to the pan without it ever reaching the filter. Ps there is no external leaks. Oh except a small coolant leak.

The starter may have just been corroded a little inside from sitting. As far as the oil issue, first thing I would do is get a mechanical oil psi gauge hooked up and see if you have oil pressure.

Yeah but why wouldn't the filter fill. I thought that was the first direction. Also where should I plumb the mechanical gauge into

If the LPOP isn't working, it wouldn't fill the filter. I think there is a small plug on the driver side right at the edge of the block where the trans adapter meets the block that is a pressure port. It is straight back from the oil filter and has a square head on it. I'm almost certain that is a pressure port.
