Aftermarket HID headlights

Does anyone here have these installed on their truck? Curious to know how good they are.

There's the old saying "you get what you pay for" and it couldn't be more accurate when applied here. If you really want a good HID setup then look into a retrofit from a source like Raptorretrofit or Bilvinicretrofits. Sure they are pricey but they are also damn near plug and play and put together with quality components. I cannot say the same for the link you provided.

They are good I have them on mine. The cut off is ok and they are pretty much plug and play. Only thing I have to complain about is that they are a pain in the butt to adjust.

I have spyder ccfl's installed on my truck with HID in the low beam only. Everyone said they would melt but they are holding up just fine. Buy from a reputable dealer and return them if they dont work out. My only complaint with mine is that they are a total PIA to adjust but it only needs done once.
