Questioning Codes given.

Short of it is SGII was pulling codes so I went with Torque app knowing I should have some pending codes with my bad injector- anyhow I didnt get my OBDII BT adapter until after I have had the truck apart, It still is. Picked up the one injector I knew was bad #6 too late in the eve to worry about installing it. Could the last 2 FICM's be because its disconnected? I cleared and reset only shows (P2552: Throttle/Fuel Inhibit Circuit) now. Also any added info on the possible things to look out for with rest of codes? #5 for sure, oh and cleaned EGR too it is back together though.
P2552: Throttle/Fuel Inhibit Circuit
P0102: Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
P0113: Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input
P0273: Cylinder 5 Injector Circuit Low
P0278: Cylinder 6 Contribution/Balance
P0300: Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0305: Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected
P0306: Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected
P0404: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Control Circuit Range/Performance
P0405: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor "A" Circuit Low
U0105: Unknown code - More information may be available on the web (lost comms)
U0306: Unknown code - More information may be available on the web (software incompatibility)
The truck wont be back running for a few days waiting on warrantied DORMAN Degas bottle from Rockauto - separate thread on that later. When it is running I will take it for a decent test drive then re-read codes, just trying to get ahead of the game since for once I simultaneously have time & money.
thanks!
