I turned the low boost fueling down to 1 and still get the same smoke. Could a plugged ccv be causing this? There is definitely oil in front of my turbo where there was none before the delete.

It's certainly possible. I would think a plugged air filter or CAI would be more likely starving the turbo of air, so it starts pulling it from the CCV and air from the valve covers brings oil. Have you checked your air filter?

I thought the same thing, I recently put a new air filter(S&B oiled) on the truck with no change.

So looks like the RAM side has finally started deletes on post 2013 trucks. User on another forum posted his cold start and there is a whif of white smoke as well.

Again, typically caused by a cold engine and rich startup conditions. Now if you had constant white smoke while driving around town, then I'd be concerned of an over-fueling situation.

White smoke issue 6.7 powerstroke

White smoke - if it isn't coolant - as Sgt93 mentioned is due to incomplete combustion. There can be a lot of causes, failing glow plugs, too much fuel being injected, leaky injectors etc.
im way late to this conversation but I just went through this issue with my 2018. Fully deleted the truck including the ccv reroute. Started driving and realized the truck would puff white smoke when letting off the throttle. I would also feel a slight shift in the motor and then like clock work look out the window to see the PUFF.. looked into the tuner and possible other issues then realized the issue is the ccv reroute. Being it’s connected to the intake of the turbo it wasn’t getting that positive vacuum. I’m thinking it was trapped or something .. not sure .. either way installed a new ccv filter and then it was gone. Drove it 20 miles and not one time did it puff .. also when letting off the throttle the motor didn’t shift anymore. In my opinion just replace the ccv filter and don’t worry about installing the ccv reroute. This costed some money trying to figure this out but I hope this helps the next ford owner.. every truck is probably different but mine obviously didn’t like the ccv reroute… good luck
