1945 Ford Fire Truck

Can anyone help me locate or tell me where I can find a window regulator for the fire engine I own?

I'll try to attach some pictures to this post. Sorry if I'm not following some special order to the forum. This is my first post.

Thanks,
Patrick Decker

Welcome aboard. I'm sure I have one from a 40/41. Not sure if it would fit but my guess is that it will. I'll go through my parts stash and verify that I have one.

Finally located the window regulators that I have from a '40 1 1/2 ton. Both are free. I've got photos but according to the posting rules I can't post attachments? Email me at ovrhtlksoil@msn.com and I'll send them to you. I'm not sure if these will fit your '45 since they are from a '40. Maybe someone will chime in and provide more info.

Post Some Pictures

Can't help with the part, but based on the picture of the door your fire engine must be pretty nice. Please post some pictures and more info about your fire engine.

I think we all would like to see the rest of the truck as well! Me being a full time firefighter/paramedic I love seeing old engines all fixed up! Let me know if you cant find one I have just tore down a 46 one ton truck that I believe the regulators are still good in.
