Help with torque specs

I can't find the torque spec for the rocker carrier (or cylinder head cover) to the head. It's 8 10mm bolts.
Also the high pressure oil rail torque spec for 03 engine. All my Haynes manual has is the wavy rail. And the old style stand pipe torque spec I can't find. Thanks for any help.

Would that be the rocker arm fulcrum bolts at 23lbs ft at the bottom of the second page seems kinda light but it might be what you are looking for

This is for the 8 10mm bolts for the rocker carrier to head? 4 on top and 4 on bottom, why are they different torque specs?

are you sure this is for the aluminum box to the head? everybody keeps giving info for the small bolts for the head to the block or the rocker arm fulcrum to the aluminum box which is something different. your info seems more like what i'm looking for
