Has anyone done this before? or is it better to just buy a new HPOP?

Depends what your problem is. Is the pump leaking and why do you want to reseal? You can't disassemble the actual pump and replace internals.

Some kits from Riffraff Diesel .. High Pressure Oil Pump & Related

Its just leaking is all, I assumed you couldn't replace internals, im just wondering can you do a complete reseal and if so what parts do I all need and would I be better off just buying new pump, I did look at riff raffs hpop stuff but I wasn't sure if that would be everything I needed or not. If its better to get a new one im looking at the T500, is that ok for a stock truck?

Perfect for stock or moded. T500 is a good upgrade and you will be ready in the future if you ever want to go bigger injectors and turbo.
