2009 F150 Fan Blower no response

Started up today and no response from the A/C fan on any speed- dual climate control. Checked all fuses good. Electronic control panel shows normal with all the fan speeds, but no blower motor action.
Is it the motor or a resistor/controller? Thought with a bad resistor you would get the fan on at least in one speed.
Any ideas? Thanks

You should get the fan at HIGH speed. Full 12v. High speed bypasses the resistor.
You can unplug the fan connector and check for voltage at the fan.
Put it on high speed, Pull fan connector, check for voltage. If no voltage the problem is elsewhere.

The fan connector can be reached under the passenger side. Pc of cake.
The resistor connector is behind the glove box. Held on by two blue screws

There was no fan at high speed or any other speed setting. Replaced the resistor, very easy, as described above, thanks However, I replaced it again a month later with same symptoms and another time about a month ago. Now its dead again- 3 resistors in less than 6 months- no fan speed on any setting. Any ideas what is burning out the resistors?

Question Ford F150 A/C Blower Resistor

I had the same issue, just stopped blowing! we had some cooler days and didn't need the AC so didn't notice, then a Hot one and NO Fan, When driving fast, the air that was pushed into the cab was COLD but no fan.

Finally found link to A/C Blower Resistor and Purchased the part from local dealer for $67+ tax ....
Part# 9l3z-19e624-b
Part# YH-1827

I wonder if the fan motor is drawing to much power. I suppose it could be a bad fan motor. Or a short in a wire somewhere.
