94 bronco won't start and can't pull codes.
this is a reference to a earlier post but with some updates-tried to pull codes by using a scan tool and it wouldn't pull the codes and used jumper wire on the dlc and turned the key on and check engine light stays lit but doesn't flash.Checkd everything like 3 times to make sure i was doing this correctly still cranks but won't start no fuel or fire.

Does the CEL go out at all with the Key On Engine Off? It would be very odd if this is the case because it should go out after a few seconds whether the engine turns over or not.
Either way, is pin 1 of the ECM getting battery voltage? Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on?

Cel goes out when turning the key off and fuel pump doesn't run checked this with someone turning the key and funnel in filler and listening.I know I can fix this but I don't have a diagnostic breakdown for it and looked everywhere on this site for it.Been wantn a shop manual for it so I guess it's time.

It's probably the ECM relay. This would prevent the ECM from turning on when you turn the key, which is probably why you're not getting any codes. It also would prevent the fuel pump from running, since the fuel pump relay grounds through the computer. Pull the fuel pump relay and probe the connectors to the fuel pump. Hot wire it directly to the battery and see if you can hear the fuel pump turn on. If that works, plug the relay back in, and remove the ECM relay. Hot wire the connectors for the ECM directly to the battery. Try to start the engine. If that works, get a new ECM relay.
I had this same problem on my 94 Explorer, and it was a bitch to diagnose.

Switched the relays? You mean, take out the ECM relay and fuel pump relay, and swap them around? That will produce the same no-start result. Try using the relay for the AC or ABS (if they use the same relay) and swap it for the ECM relay. If that doesn't work, take that same relay and swap it for the fuel pump. Basically, you have to make sure BOTH the ECM relay and fuel pump relay are working or you're gonna get the same no-start condition.
