As Scrobbie noted, the capacitors don't need to look visibly bad, but can be physically bad. It may be worth $30 for an electronics shop to check and replace them.

So I swapped the computer out. No change. When I unplug the MAP sensor it runs Great! But I've read people do that then change them and it still makes no difference!?

Clean the Map sensor, if that does not help I would check all of the vacuum lines.

Sorry I haven't been updating this post, I've been under a ****load of stress lately and things are finally falling into place! Except the truck, lol. Anyways, this is what I've come up with. No vac leaks, cleaned the MAP sensor, too. I was searching around a little more and possibly I tested my EGR wrong I dunno. Anyways, was reading that the CTS could contribute to this as well. I unplugged the EGR vac line and stuck a bolt in the line to take away any vac leak there, and I also unplugged the CTS sensor. Now I don't have that miss anymore has a nice acceleration but I have no power! 3rd gear to the floor then when I hit 4th I'm to the floor and not gaining any speed! Feels like I'm towing a boat anchor behind the truck haha. Any quick ideas let me know! Regardless, I'm replacing the stupid EGR, even if it's still good which I was almost certain it is... Appreciate the time, thanks guys.

You said it's been timed properly. What was it set at? Has it been re-checked?
You have also replaced fuel pressure regulator. Have you tested the pressure and what was it? You may have to stick a gauge thru the hood and drive around a while and see what you have.

That's not a bad idea. I have timed it yes, I haven't rechecked it since I did it but I could. And for the fuel psi. It was about 40 psi, which was when I decided to put the new pump in. (Pump, filter, pressure regulator) Also have been running seafoam through each tank cleaning it all out.
