Not once, but twice!!

I bought my '79 a year ago, have spent the year learning and fixing everything, including the 4 wheel drive.
My daughter and i took iit out 4x4ing in Azusa Canyon.

And not once, but twice, we volunteered to tow a GMC out.

Was a great feeling being the oldest truck out there, and even better not being the one getting a picture taken of me, lol.

Good job!

I think you should put lil bowties (GM), penta-stars (Jeep/Dodge/Ram), and halos (Toyotas) on your cowl or bumper for every one of 'em you pull out.

Ya know, like what fighter pilots did in WWI, WWII, Korea, and 'Nam. Five kills makes you an F-Series "ACE".

That is awesome and I like that idea for pulling trucks out. I once saw a Chevy pulling a Chevy and got stuck. But a ford came along and pulled both at 1 time. Can't wait to pull a bowtie with my beast

I pulled out the same guy twice....1st time was just his bumper, then the 2nd time was the rest of the truck.

All I do is hand them the ****** strap and say "here hook this to something that will not rip off", that guy did not listen to well.

Well when my buddy pulled a Honda out of the ditch this winter the tow rope fell of and grabbed the front bumper. It was sad but funny we later called it a face lift. Good part was all it needed was 11 dollars in clips to put back on. But yeah again great job. How did your daughter feel about pulling out a GMC and giving it a face lift.

Lol, i pushed him off the first time, my back bumper against his. Then i pulled him out the second time, yanked in an extra 20 feet or so than i really needed😁

And my daughter started noticing the difference between Fords and the rest😃

She asked if i wanted her to get out and take video.
