I don't know if these will help rh fender mount holes and the rh cowl holes

 

Jrock, are those the fenders that were on the truck? if not, what are they off?

 

That big bolt sticking out of your fender is not stock, it doesn't belong there.

 

I figured it out. The head was snapped off when the PO tried to remove fender. That's why it looks like it's sticking out..

 

Come over to my shop and look at my trucks. I have 5 that are stock and will show you how it's suppose to be. But when you assemble your truck before paint, you can make adjustments as needed to make it all work correctly.
