Just want to vent..........

I placed my order for my V10 headers on 4/16. Called Hedman on 4/21 to get the status and I was told it will ship 4/22. Called back on 4/22 to check if it shipped and told it will ship 4/23. Called today 4/25 and was told it will ship in 2 weeks

I told the guy over the phone that I am very disappointed that they keep pushing out the ship date and how inconsistent they are. He started to raise his voice and keep telling me that he does not know why its delayed. I told him that in the customer's perspective, I do not care about the reason why its delayed. All I want are my headers and an honest answer instead of BSing me around. There was obviously a lack of training in terms of handling the situation since his response to me has no value to me whatsoever and his tone of voice was completely unacceptable. Again I just want my headers that I paid for and better customer service.

Whats your experience with Hedman?

 

I only know what I've read in the threads. I do LOVE my Banks. Good luck.

 

Unfortunately I can not afford Banks headers thats why I took the risk on Hedman (1/3 of the price). Just did not expect bad customer service.

 

I had originally orders the Hedman headers and after waiting 2 months and still getting told they would be shipped in 4 weeks (same as the time of ordering) I gave up and spent the extra money on my Banks headers that showed up within 5 days of my order. I am totally happy with my Banks tubes.

 

Hedman has been around since the beginning of time so it's about who is working there at the present.

 

I purchased my headmans off summit on ebay. Not regular summit.com b/c the ebay had mine in stock ready to ship and the actually summit store did not. Weird! But good luck with the swap the pass side is a B!!!! To change especially if any of the bolts shear off. Lucky I only had one bolt shear off . And I left it in to much headache! But I love mine definitely increase in horse's but I re did entire exhaust cat delete and series 50 delta high flow flowmaster. Good luck!
