Gale Banks "Power Pack" Air Cleaner Housing?!?!?!

Ok, so here is an interesting one:

So Bronco78IDI and I were cruising around the local Scrapyards today, and I came across a 1988 Ford F250 with a 7.3 in it, and to my surprise I found this Gale Banks "Power Pack" Ram Air Cleaner Top and Filter sitting on top. I know quite a bit about the Banks "Power Pack" Turbos and whatnot... but Banks made a Ram Air Cleaner?! Or is it even a Ram Air Cleaner

I went ahead and grabbed it and the Filter for $18 (A Steal since most people would pay twice that for just the Banks Name on their N/A around here) but does anyone know ANYTHING about this? I've found NO info about it...

I know from my experience with my other Air Cleaner (Raywell Power Plus MKII) that came on my Late 86 6.9L that they dished the intakes to make a Ram Air set that wouldn't be going into the huge Airspace in the factory Air Cleaner Housing for the N/A IDI (which makes sense) but as for Banks ever making one this is the first I've seen of it...

I will post some more photos of this Unit as soon as my Phone charges up...

Here are some photos of the Raywell Power Plus MKII that I had prior... it looks like someone cranked down on it too much and cracked the Housing and tried to seal it with RTV and Duct Tape... But from what I've read it was Marketed as a Ram Air Cleaner that took out all the extra air space in the Factory cleaner in order to keep the air flowing quicker through the intake...

Odd thing is there was no Air Boss on bottom of the Raywell to make the air flow uniformly over the Intake Separation in the OEM intake. But the Raywell had that (Pictured below). I may try to combine both the units to just screw around until I finally get an HX35 turbo and the ATS or Gale Banks Mounting for their Turbos.

My engine came with the Banks PowerPack, unfortunately the housing doesn't fit under the cowling on my truck. They also don't fit vans, so it just sits in my barn.
