I have a 1964 f100 all origional with a 292 and a four speed. I'm wanting to drop in a 302 I'm getting from a buddy. i was told the bolt pattern for the transmission wasn't the same so what transmission would bolt up and use the same style clutch that i could use? I know to drop the 302 in i need mounts but what else? My 392 has had an electronic ignition upgrade as well before i got it.
