no power to drivers side door

I dont know if they changed it from the older trucks but the passenger side is usually the master side for locks and windows... But since you lost everything including the mirror, I would first look at the wiring. Sounds like something came unplugged.
Pull the door panel and make sure all is connected in there. then start tracing back.
Since those are all on separate circuits, I would find it hard to believe that all 3 burnt a fuse at the same time.
Check inside the boot between the door and body as well to make sure there wasn't anything pinched or broken from excessive bending of the wires ae the door opens and closes.
