Suggest next mod's for my 6.4

'08 F250 crew cab SWB 4x4
Current mileage: 53k
current mod's: Spartanized, 4" from down pipe back, no muffler, Cold air intake, & Aftermarket deep trans pan.

Looking for suggestions from only those with personal first hand experience with specific products on YOUR 6.4.

My priorities are: Durability/Longevity, fuel economy, then power(has plenty of power as is) I do not intend to increase power any more unless it is simply a byproduct of improvements in another area.

Would like to hear your personal reviews on the following products, plus feel free to discuss any other relative products you have installed on your truck...
  • Coolant Filtration system (Sinister)
  • Cold side intercooler pipe and boots (Mishimoto)
  • EGR Delete
  • Blow Off Valve
  • Inercooler

You should do the down pipe to help lower egt's.

Lowering EGT's would be good. Whenever I'm towing my camper up dirt roads in the mountains where speed is limited to less than 40 MPH I've had to stop and let my tranny cool down several times.

Do you think that swapping out the down pipe would make enough of a difference that I would see lower tranny temps?

I find it hard to believe your overheating the trans, I don't have a Spartan tuner but somebody might jump in on how you can set the transmission up with that tuner.

Mod's

It will not lower the tranny temps as a whole. It will lower exhaust temps with less back pressure. Your tranny temp issue is a separate problem that needs to be looked at.

I don't think the heat is caused by anything other than towing about 14k LBS up a long steep mountain road at speeds below TC lockup.
I tow frequently and this is the ONLY time I ever see the Trans get hot. Mountain passes on the highway at 50-80 MPH are never an issue.
