Truck Pulls to Right, Pulls to left on Braking

My 2003 F250 6.0 pulls to the right when driving at any speed. In order to keep it going straight the steering wheel must be slightly tilted to the left, not much but a little. When the brakes are applied hard it will go to the left slightly if you are not holding the wheel good. Neither of these are terrible, just a nuisance. I'm worried about uneven tire wear too. One fromnt wheel bearing was replaced a few weeks ago. It had this problem before that and still does after. Does this sound like an alignment or maybe something more?
Thanks

You have braking issues, possibly a stuck caliper or slide pin. Please stop driving the truck and get the brakes inspected.

Check the rt front caliper for stuck slider bolts or a stuck caliper piston. Check rt front brake hose for kinking or internal collapse.

This is indeed a critical safety issue as redford already said.

The pulling is definitely a brake issue

Also check your tire pressures. I got new tires ~2 weeks ago and the morons put 55 psi in 1 side and only 52 psi the left side. Pulled like the dickens the whole way home. Adjusted my pressures to equal and now she tracks straight

If it's four wheel drive it's pretty sensitive to tire pull. An otherwise perfectly fine tire can make it pull just slightly one way or the other. They are also pretty sensitive to the road crown. Mine is straight as a arrow in the slow lane, but if I change to the passing lane the crown is the other way and it pulls to the left.

I think a sticking brake is the most likely, but I will say when my sway bar ends were shot (and I mean SHOT), my truck would do the same thing.

I took the truck in the shop and looked at it. A buddy told me that the brake might be stuck too. Lifted front axle up and both wheels turn freely. No brakes stuck. He then said the tires could be shaped unevenly and cause the slight pull. So he told me to cross rotate the front tires and see if that fixes it. So far it no longer pulls when driving but still has a slight brake pull. Definitely an improvement and good news it's not a brake.

Get your toe checked. Shouldn't do anything.

If it pulls during braking you have a caliper not working well stuck etc. Could have different pads but that would be rare. If it pulls right the left caliper has an issue most likely.

It pulls to the left during braking, more of a slight jerk left then straightens out some it seems like. Brake hoses looked good from what I saw and still no pulling while driving after switching tires on the front, only when braking now. My alternator went bad so I'm currently working on that too. Thanks for the help

No it has not been aligned. After I fix the alternator Im going to lift it back up and pop the caliper off, maybe just push the piston back in and reset/clean everything. See if that helps.

Calipers last about 10 years or so until they start to have issues esp in salt area's.

Rotate tires and get an alignment. Then check for dragging brakes. And infrared thermometer can easily check for this.
