Ok checked the vent tube and frame rail. Its all dry, but i will take your advice and not use 4x4 as awd. Thats what i was worried about. Maybe it got just hot enough for fumes or a little in the tube that didnt come out.

Ill still redo the ccv mod as well. I havent had the smell in a week now. Good advice from all though thanks.
