Skinny pedal is not working along with the cluster

Just as title says. I've pulled some fuses after my search on here but can't find any that are blown. One thread I read said it was the OD wire that may be chaffed and blowing the fuse but I can't find a fuse for the OD on my 03. Any help would be great.

1. Does it start?
2. Do you have a chip/tunes?

I ask about the chip/tunes, as when my Hydra chip had a poor connection with the PCM, I got EXACTLY the same scenario you're having. So, you may want to check the connection from harness to PCM. The PCM is next to the parking brake; the harness connection to it is in the engine compartment. A 10mm bolt holds the harness tight to the PCM. There was a thread not too long ago where a guy had a similar issue, and the cause was a bad connection between harness/PCM, if I recall.

Yep starts right up and no I'm not chipped. But I'll check that connection to see if it's still good. I've had a starter bolt work lose before.

Also when my fuel bowl heater went out this pass winter it did not blow any fuses. It just wouldn't start until I pulled the heater bowl wire.

Thanks for the reply I'll check that connection.

I bet you are right about the chaffed OD wire. Mine did the same thing. I don't remember what fuse it was, but I am sure the fuse is in the kick panel under the steering wheel. I made 2 attempts to fix the wire, but I was never successful. I ended buying a new shifter.

Ok checked the PCM harness connection, it seems good. I did not pull it to try and re-seat the harness. Because this would be the first time doing something like this and well it make me a little nervous

I've been looking at the owners manual and I see a couple more fuses to try. I also disconnected the batteries to see if it would maybe reboot the system but that was a no go.

Should I try pulling the PCM to see if I've got a bad connection?

Before you unplug the PCM, disconnect the batteries!!!!! Only plug/unplug with batts disconnected!

Many have pulled the PCM without the batteries being disconnected. There is a voltage for the Keep Alive Memory, and that's it. There are those that say pulling the PCM is no different than pulling the batteries - but the battery terminal sparks when you pull the last cable. Pulling the power first sounds like good common sense as well.

I guess the question should be asked - has anybody experienced a PCM issue after pulling it with the batteries connected?

Key in ignition is a different beast. Don't even have the keys in your pocket... put them in the house. Never ever have the key near the ignition when pulling the PCM. We've already seen PCMs go down from this punch.

What JMatthews said.
Had this happen to mine twice..Once at home and once going down the road.
Fuse #19 under the dash. Replaced and away I went. But that is also on my E99.
