I am looking at columns, talked to the guys at summit, they say their column is made here in the states.

I was also told it is compatible with IDIDIT's high/low beam conversion switch.

It all sounds real good. Now I am debating on keep the key in the dash or getting it in the column.

I don't want two different keys for door and ignition, What are the chances the reproduction tumblers and original style keys will work in the Summit Column?

 

Probably nil. I would call the manufacturer and ask them but I highly doubt it will work.
