Brake System Check no shift!

Hey guys I'm posting this for work, I have a 7.3. Someone came in to the shop and said they couldn't get it to go into gear. So I go out and it says check brake system and the brake light is on. Also there is no lights what so ever. No brake lights, head lights, hazards, turns, nothing. I check all the fuses, and they're good. Change the brake switch, good. Change the headlight and multifunction switch, good. I'm at a loss and don't know what else to check. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Check the SJB - Smart Junction Box - the fuse / relay / control panel in the passenger side footwell. It controls pretty much all the lighting, the shift interlock solenoid, etc.

alternately load test the batteries independently...with the truck cables disconnected or the batteries out of the truck.
