Well i have to admit I have to be careful and not let my drag racing side take over or I'd have gauges everywhere. I do have some darkside in me too. When I get a truck that's like this one that is so painfully original I just can't bring myself to modding it. That's why I sold my '55 that's in my albums. I couldn't bear to change it up so I sold it to a guy in NY that has tons of money....it didn't last long with him before he put the biggest CI chevy engine in it etc...etc..Nothing wrong with that though...it's his now.

I like it Wayne....my ashtray falls out on a regular basis anyway. Something like this would put the dash space to good use. I don't ever plan on letting anyone smoke in the truck....so a re-purpose is a great idea.

Thanks for sharing your work. I will keep it in mind next time I'm looking for space. Maybe for an EJECT button.

Y'all are funny!

And just for info purposes I already ran out of gas a few times....the eject button is actually the horn button...and all my .22 rounds are in my pocket!!
