Just an FYI. I rent a 40 X 36 building and have 4 trucks, a boat and two motorcycles in it and it is Tight. I can only work on one vehicle comfortably. The others are too close to be able to work on without possibly bumping into one of the others. I guess I should say I have a compressor, chop saw and table saw in it, as well as a substantial stash of parts too.
