The engine was completely looked through about 6 months ago by a diesel shop. I some how twisted my crank shaft and took the shop about 2 months to find the problem. Truck has ran great till about 2 weeks ago when it started doing this

Before you pull the IPR Get the Idle and 2500 rpm Info

So you have to Crank Each time Cold 3 times??

SO you must fill the system each morning type deal??
and Does it Misfire upon Warmup??

If so it could be possible a Injector Oring going out or honestly any oring throughout the HPO System could be failing and draining

or even the HPO Pump could be Failing your IPR% Is very High for IDLE

Benny, I noticed the IPR% was high for hot idle, but how about his ICP being 790 hot idle, isn't that high?

I will do that tomorrow. And yes, when I go out in the morning to start the truck, it fires right up, it doesn't misfire or anything like that. Truck will run completely fine till I shut her down. Then she usually won't start till the next morning. And yes hahaha I twisted my shaft. I went out to start it one morning and it would barley start and it would run super rough blow white smoke like a forest fire, and it ended up being the shaft twisted making everything off timing

Then when I try to hot start it icp is at about 390 psi and ipr DC is 84.7%. But what I don't understand is the truck runs completely fine and at wot icp will jump right to 4000 psi and ipr doesn't go above 65% DC. Can anyone have any ideas what's going on here?

Would you recommend taking the turbo off to check icp and ipr? Pr coming in from the bottom?

So Far the IPR is the most likely culprit IMO

I get mine from top I just pull turbo I can get my hand in there from bottom plus I have lift

you can get IPR turbo On probably take longer fighting stuff in the way though

I have changed ICP with turbo Installed But you ICP sensor seams Good guess more to the point it can be worked on turbo in place
