The quick answer is yes, but it may require modification to the axle, your truck, or both.

No, absolutely not, the 1963/67 E100 9" rear axle is a different width than the 9" used in 1957/60 F100's.

I knew the rear would be a different measurement but I don't know what it is that's what im trying to find out.one person says it will fit and one says it wont Im not looking for a direct bolt in ,I don't mind some modifying but I am looking for a rear with 2-3 inches narrower than the stock 58 rear ,I plan to do a small wheel tubb and move my leaf srings to the inside of the frame so a much wider wheel and tire can be installed.i may just have to ride out to Robs next week and measure the van 9 to know for sure

ok i finally had a chance to go check on the econoline van 9 inch rears,i measured and the total length from out brake drums is 60 inches and its off set ,i tried to buy both but rob decided to keep one.i took one home cause i figured the big brakes and center section was worht 75.00 bucks i paid.i think i will take this rear and the 58 rear and make what want from the two.the van rear also has 3.50 gears but not sure if posi-trac or not cause the brakes are stuck
