I'm sure some of you have been to Door County. Well I grew up there and my mother still lives there along with my in laws owning a second home there. In October Sister Bay has their Fall Festival. It's kind of like a October Fest. Music, food, drinks, and assorted things going on. The also have a small parade Saturday AM an a all day car show. Now wouldn't that be cool to fill the area with some of our good looking trucks. Keep it in mind as I generally go up there that weekend. I might even be able to help with a place to stay.

 

I think that'd be kinda cool...do you know what weekend it is?

 

I'm not positive but I will check to be sure and post it. If not the second weekend in October it would be the 3rd weekend. It can be kind of cool. That way the beer doesn't warm up as fast.

 

Sister Bay Fall Festival is October 17th thru the 19th.

Hmmm thats almost like neighbors!! I am in Wausau every Tuesday night for my daughters basketball games.. summer league. Nice town!

 

Well this weekend is coming up soon. Just thought I'd throw it out there again and let you see it. I will be going up on Friday with truck and Mustang in tow.

 

I know I didn't meet anyone but I sure had a great time. Weather was great. Drinks were cold and the whole weekend worked out great. The car show keeps growing and more and more interesting vehicles are showing up. Maybe next year.

 

Mick, sorry i missed out on the door county fun, had to work that weekend. Next year, maybe I'll have more warning. if the show is nice i'll trailer my Gt500 up if youll bring yours My parents have a time share near fish creek (the Rushes). Located in marinette area(actually, Menominee, Mi.)

Great. We'll get something going. I know we have a good size group from here going as my brother-in-law could not believe his eyes when we got there. He has assured me he will be back with many other in tow. I'll probably not take the Shelby but you can count on the '64.5 being there as it was this year.
