99 F-150 Brake Lines

Hello,

I have a 1999 Ford F-150 4X4 w/4.6L V8 W code, I recently lost all brakes. The primary line from Master Cylinder to ABS Pump rusted out completely. Replaced them but the other lines from ABS Pump to wheels are looking real bad. So I need to replace them, however I have no idea what the routing system looks like. Does anyone have access to a 97-03 F-150 Brake Line Diagram? I live at the jersey shore... so yeah rust is extremely common.... unfortunately.. Please help. Also if anyone knows where to get line assemblies? Thank You.

neither Inline Tube or Classic Tube have lines for a 1999 F150 with 4 wheel drive. Do you know of any other place that might have them?

I just replaced both front brake lines on my 99 4x4 last month. Got them both from Autozone and they were in stock, no special order. My truck is rear ABS only though.

do you remember the line diameter or id the tube nuts were standard or metric? I have 4 wheel ABS so I think the ABS end would be metric.

I don't know if you are still working on this problem or not, but I am having all of the brake lines in my truck swapped due to rust and bad shade tree work.

I am having them all made in straight tube and am going to bend then myself and have the fittings already put on.

When I am complete next weekend I'll link you to the process if you need ut.

Cheers

I did the replacement rubber lines from the local place and bought 3/16" line coil to bend my own. The tube nuts are 3/8-24 at the rubber ends of the steel lines and metric at the ABS end. Rear axle also has 3/8-24 tube nuts on the ends of the steel lines. I'm not sure what the metric tube nuts were cause I was able to reuse those.
