There are no part numbers marked on parts after 1956, just casting and ID engineering number...when applicable.
F0AF is the Ford ID engineering number prefix for a 1990 Crown Victoria.
If I had a 1990 car parts catalog, could find the actual part number, then compare it to an F150/350 to see if it was the same.

I hooked one of those up in my Tempo at one time, they're not real impressive.
Do some googling Ford stereo wire colors and you'll come across all sorts of contradictory and confusing stuff but the at least semi-correct colors are out there somewhere.
Many of them are the standard colors Ford has been using for decades - lightblue/red = dimmable dash lighting, lightgreen/yellow = always-on power, etc. but I forget what it uses for the ignition-on power signal... and speaker wires, well, there is lots of pink involved is about all I remember....

reamer,
Back when we had a thread called "Free to a good home", I listed that I had three factory radios specific to 1985 & 1986 trucks/Broncos, etc. They look something like the one shown on your 1st post, but have the wiring like your old [1984] radio.
The plastic dash bezel either has to be trimmed [just like with most aftermarket units] or else, get one from a 1985-86.
Perhaps, if interested and good with electronics, you could make one good one from the three. With the attached link, look at the top of page #9 for a description of the units. I still have them and will give them to you if you cover the freight [actual cost].

I do not have the 15 slot pig-tail plug. As per NumberDummy's reply, search out a 1990 Crown Victoria at a junk yard and you will find what you are seeking.
