I think you need to pull the computer and open it up and see what the caps look like.

I pulled the computer and had a look, clean. Compression test was consistent with a 20 year old vehicle. I def. have an exhaust leak I just cannot find it visually. I was hoping not to dump more $$$ into this rig, but I guess I need to. Hope that there are not other issues at work?

Alright. Thanks for your help everyone who has responded. Im going to close this thread. I will post If ever I find the problem.
