New to forum, Original Post in wrong section (sorry for cross post) . Need help with difference between these 3 Left Front Calipers

BRCF-184
BRCF-185
BRC-7-RM

I put my VIN into the Ford Parts Website and it says all 3 are for my Vehicle (along with others that are Loaded etc.)

These are for a 2006 E-350 Super Duty Cutaway Chassis ( Winnebago Motorhome Not that MH Mfg Matters).

OEM Caliper Currently in place has a seized Piston (phenolic).

Can't find any description that tells me what the difference between these 3 is other can a sizable cost difference between the BRC-7-rm and the other 2.

Are the Piston Diameters the same ?
Is any one designed for higher capacity ?

Appears all 3 take the same Disc Pads.

The 1st one is a new OEM caliper w/o the pads/ the 3rd is rebuilt/ I don't know about the 2nd,but would guess its "loaded" ( with pads)
