2013 FX4 leveling kit issues
Great site here! I have a new 2013 F-150 and am having a lot of headaches trying to install my AS 2.5" leveling kit.
Started with the driver side....and I'm still on the drivers side.
Strut came out ok.....installed spacer on top (stamped with a D) and I just don't have enough gap to get the assembly back in.
Front lower control arm bolt is out along with the swaybar and I'm prying the trucks jaws wide open, everything is done per instructions.
I just don't have enough space. The sharp angles of the axle and tie rod while doing this has me concerned.
Anybody else have issues with the Auto Spring 2.5 leveling kit?
Is there a tip or shortcut not printed in the instructions?
I wonder if the spacer stamped with a D (drivers side) is stamped wrong?
I was planning on a set of Nitto 295-70-18 Terra Grapplers.
Thanks for any help!

The older Autospring instructions said to use a small bottlejack between the LCA and upper strut tower or frame. That is the method I've always used with no issues. I hope you either unplugged the EPAs or disconnected the battery before you started the disassembly to avoid damage to the EPAs.

I did disconnect the negative cable first thing.
I do have a copy of the old and new instructions.
I think when I pry down on the front side of the LCA , I'm doing the same thing the bottle jack would be doing......right?
Does anyone have a pic of the bottle jack placement. ......maybe I need to pry down more.
It just doesn't feel right.
I did try to get the tie rod end out (even with a pickle fork) but it's really froze in there. New truck and it's rusted in there really good!
