'78 shocks

I have a '78 short bed 150 that needs shocks. It is factory height and has quads up front. Just wondering what everybody thinks is a good shock for my application. I don't 4 wheel but tow 3500 lbs a lot

I would just get whatever is on sale at O'Riley Auto. Monroe is commonly on sale there.

Consider Rancho RS5000 shocks... good performance, longevity, at a reasonable price point.

Personally, I prefer Bilsteins.
