I have a 2006 6.8L V10 on my 35 ft Damon Challenger Motorhome. I can not pass CA smog due to the monitors O and OH are not clearing on the OBDII. They are flashing as not complete on my OBDII reader. There are no pending fault codes or active fault codes. The Check Engine light is not on. I have reset the OBDII and drove the OBD cycle as provided by a Ford Truck Center and still the monitors have not cleared. Any help in tracking down this issue so I can register my RV in CA.
