Very little rust? You can see the ground through the floor boards!

I don't think I saw a bread/milk truck that would have come from the factory as a cowl and chassis that had Ford rear fenders, or half a fender, on the truck like this one.

Someone here kneads to rise to the occasion and buy this Wonder-ful truck! Sure, the floor is somewhat sliced in spots and may feel a bit doughy, but how can you pass up a truck that is sure to tell people that you are of the upper crust?!

Nice puns, people.

That has to be one rare truck. I can't imagine too many half tons were made into bread trucks, and this one came with the auto trans option, as well.

one pedal, and no cutout for the clutch.

Pretty cool stuff, and definitely worth saving. It does look like they may have done a little frame reinforcement, though.

Cat..... that is too punny! I am at a loss for words.... I can't compete with your wit, except to say I don't have enough dough for such a purchase.

Drove my 1956 to Napa today, and a guy walks up to me and asks about my truck. He and I talked a bit, then he walks over to his vw and gets a photo album out and shows me his truck.
It is a 1955 Ford Ranger 4wd Marmon Herrington truck......I almost fell over. It is blue and he has owned it since 1969. I am going over to his place soon .
Funny how he had no idea what it is worth...........maybe a new project for me if he will part with it.

You didn't tell him what it is worth did you? And it's not a 56. You don't want it, let one of us buy it!
