96 ford 7.3 smoking white.

I have a 96 ford 7.3. It has 191,000 miles. Never smoked.i just nought this truck about a month ago. I just changed oil and now it smokes bad.. I don't know what to do!! HELP!

I would start with checking the glow plugs. Here's a link to some info on it

Thats weird. The new oil is the same brand than the old oil?

WHITE or BLUE?

White is coolant, offwhite/blueish grey is oil...

If it was really old oil your new oil may be seeping past your rings and who knows what else. I get some oil seepage into my cylinders if the trucks been sitting and I'll get a little white puff
