4R100 Transmission Help..

I have a 2003 Ford EX.. 7.3 ..
I have had gauges installed since 2009..
I noticed this winter that the transmission is getting hotter than it used to..
Maybe its all in my head though. And maybe never paid close attention..
I read a rule of thumb is 100 Degrees above ambient TEMPS..

During 25 Degree days .. After 3 hours of driving trans temp will run up to about 160 degrees. not towing
Last summer I saw it up to 190 towing on a hot day..
Does all this sound normal ?

Kyle
