I was all pumped up and excited especially when I read "To be perfectly honest, the SVT Bronco probably doesn’t need much more than 500 hp to scoot through the dirt in a hurry but having 662 screaming horses available at your disposal is flat out awesome!" Then I read the paragraph.... I kind of don't like the look, its like a single cab Superduty with a cap that's been molded into the bed.

I'd rock it. I like that a whole lot better than the '04 concept!

Damn you 4wheeler! Damn you all to hell! You broke my heart!

Oh admit it folks they got one over on you... Ford doesn't need to bring back the Bronco. In fact the aftermarket for original Bronco parts would probably be truly pissed if they did. Besides, who would want some cheesy modern SUV without a removable top that some 20-something styling engineer slapped the Bronco nameplate on its side?

Personally, my hat is off to 4Wheeler. Kill the notion of a reintroduction (and downgrade) and enjoy the value increase in the investment you have made in a classic that has no modern equal!

Wow, scrolling thru the posts I was appalled that no-one said that yet. I'm with you guys. Plus its UUUgly! same with the 04 concept. Seems like something somebody from L.A. would put low-pro tires and big rims with spinner on. (No offense L.A. dwellers, unless you would really put low pros on a bronco ...)

It's been done. And on top of big rims, we have witnessed lowered broncos, FSB's converted to 2wd, then lowered, and such. It isn't my cup of tea but all I can say is, to each, their own.

True. I like my beat up mean looking OBS (old but sexy) Bronco. Looks cool, too futuristic. I'd rather dump 30k into rebuilding mine or just buy a Raptor.

We white guys race lawn mowers and bar stools and we have contempt for converting a 4WD Bronco to 2WD with low profile tires??

We're a bunch of *******s.
