Morning Jim, how was your weekend?

 

pretty good. except coming into work saturday for 6 hours to try and get some things accomplished. went for a little snowmobile ride yesterday. Worked on putting a retrofitting a different side mirror on the truck Pulled the door panel off the vw to see why the driver window fell down last week. Everything looks good and works fine. So no idea. that was a big waste of time

 

Good morning Vermont, happy Monday. My youngest is celebrating her 12th birthday today... they grow up fast!

 

Morning Rob, and happy birthday to the daughter! Jim, finished up the kid's bathroom rebuild, hung the new railings for the basement stairway, and got a little work done on the 67.

That sounds like a good accomplishment. Now you got 5 days at work to rest up for another productive weekend.

 

No, next weekend will be totally unproductive. I'll spend all day Saturday down in Lincoln, NE. The NU spring football game is that day. I find out tomorrow if Wade is going to be able to fly out for it. Sunday is my birthday, so I'll just be recovering......

 

no wonder you "pushed" yourself so hard this weekend. LOL

 

Actually, I want to get all of the inside stuff done, so I can get started on the outside stuff when it warms up here shortly.

Ugh, don't remind me on the dating thing! I'll be sure to be cleaning the gun anytime they bring a boy home.

She had a marble cake decorated with smurfs... I got her some clothes and cell phone. She was a little disappointed it wasn't a fancy iphone, so I told her it's fine with me if we return the phone and she waits a couple more years for a smart phone... she suddenly was happy with the basic talk/text phone, lol.

 

Then it will be too warm and you'll complain its to hot to work outside
