Hello, I recently bought a 1992 f-250 with a 460 (7.5) and I was curious if there was anywhere I could get a supercharger for it, I've seen a few around on trucks, mostly by vortech, but I'm not able to find any for sale anymore, any ideas?

 

eBay is about the only place to get them anymore. I know Diesel Brad has a supercharged 460 truck.

 

get ready for a hunt. and even used kits go complete for 3 k

they are worth it what i hear from brad,

he can roast the tires in third gear in his crewcab long bed f350 4x4 with the zf5......thats worth it to me i always keep an eye out for one for my truck

I had a kit on my '96 460. It was a HOOT!!! I do miss that truck. I traded truck in and sold the blower kit, complete. I paid $3200 for it in 1997, polished Vortech.

Anybody looking for a Kenne Bell 5 psi system for EFI 460?

I bought a 520 stroker with the Kenne Bell supercharger and will be swaping to a 871 GMC - SOOOOO.

I have a full package - minus the computer.

last dyno run shows 320 hp and over 500 fp of torque, all under 4000 rpm

I can make a package deal with intake and hooker headers.

Im swaping up to a GMC 817

I checked today, Kenne Bell charges 850 to service the compressor, and they will recondition the entire system, if it's sent with the system. It's 250 more if the gears are fubar. Usually run with no oil.

I can do intake up, with or without hooker headers, tell me what works for you.

where are you? for shipping and do you want everything but the headers shipped straight to KB?

I have a box with the intake parts, original installation and owners manual to include - I'll get photos - if it dosent go here - I'll need them for eBay.
