Welp looks like I have to go to town today. My sister cant get her new four wheeler and trailer off her car so ive got to go get a trailer jack from harbor freight and install it.

Im making sure to leave my money in the truck though. That place is a money pit for me lol

The '58 lives!!!!
I got a shiny new non-leaking Autolite 2100 installed this morning. It needs to be dialed in but the ol' boy sure feels better already.

PICS PICS we need pics of the '58 and the new carb!

I got my SD back from the shop....runs better. Was a dirty MAF sensor. Still have an exhaust leak to fix though. At least this guy could fix it, last 2 shops I took it to didn't have a clue.

Our Expy was having issues with the MAF a couple of years ago. We were spending a lot of time on gravel roads. I got cleaner spray to keep in hand, but a thorough washing and a good re-oiling of the air filter took care of it.



Will get pics in a bit.

The air cleaner does not really fit. There are some clearance issues for the lower plate. But, it works for now.
