15 year olds passed away.
Niokoa Johnson, 15, died Sunday after driving a race-ready Nissan Sentra in Florida and losing control of the vehicle during her second lap.
It was her first time behind the wheel and she was on her 2nd lap.
There has been a facebook page started for her.
We would appreciate all the people we could get to join.

Or search facebook - Prayers for Niokoa Johnson
I have also been working on a tribute video for her.

Very sorry for your loss. Nothing can be said to ease the pain of losing someone that young. I am 37 and my wife is 38. She lost her Dad at 12. He was only 40 years old. My great-grandma died when I was 8, and my living grandparents died at 78 and 80 when I was in my 20's. I was pretty lucky until my wife and I had to bury our newborn daughter a couple years ago who was stillborn. Death hurts, and that is why I try to be the best person I can be. I want to live each day as though it may be my last because it matters.

Sad, and a waste.

Such a shame. Fifteen years old. She hadn't even begun to live.

Racing is a dangerous business.I am an avid dirt track race fan. I go to 2-3 different races a week depending on my work schedule. I have seen some HORRIFIC wrecks and driver's have been seriously hurt. It is very sad when a driver gets hurt or worse, but it is also something they have to think about when they put the helmet on and tighten the seat belts. One of the winningest/fastest late model drivers in the area is a 16 year old boy. He finished second in UMP national points last year.
