Factory Shop Manuals

I don't know if this has been mentioned before but there's a place making reproductions of the Ford factory shop manuals. I picked up the 3 volume set for my '89 for $124 + shipping, taxes, etc.
I was on again, off again looking on ebay for an original set when I stumbled across these guys. I figured the used one I've seen (but they don't ship up here) go for roughly $100 so why not get a "new" set for a little more. Snapped a few pictures so you can see what the repro look like.

They look nice. Is the paper heavier than standard bond? Are they exact replicas of OEM Shop manuals? How did you verify?

It was a bit of a gamble getting these as they could be incomplete but so could some of the OEM ones off ebay. They could have torn or missing pages.
Honestly I have no way of verifying if they're 100% complete without comparing it to an original version. They "look" complete from the gloss through I did.
The paper seems about the same quality as my old Haynes manuals, not thin like an LMC or NPD catalogs.

Factory originals: helminc.com

Helm has printed all of FoMoCo's literature since the late 1940's.

Helms manuals are the real deal as NumberDummy says, but Ford stopped producing paper versions of its factory service manuals in 2013.

The older the year the less available the manuals are from them.

Ford stopped producing paper versions of its factory service manuals in 2013. Now the FSM is available as a CD-ROM or through the internet as an Online Subscription.
